Dr. Golash : When 15-year-old Joydeep
Roy Chowdhury from the Sunil Gavaskar Cricket Foundation came
to me at West Bank Hospital on September20, there were two big
scars with critical infection on his left arm. He had broken
his arm on August 11. Earlier, he had been treated at SSKM and
RKM Hospitals. Unfortunately his muscles, tissues, nervas and
arteries were fears that his arm may have to be amputed. But
we saved him through the free tissue transfer with
microvascular reconstruction operation.
